How to get rid of gas during pregnancy
Drink luckwarm - To make your digestive system healthy you should drink a glass of lukewarm water every morning after waking up because by doing this you can easily get rid of you gas during pregnancy. You can also squeeze a lemon into lukewarm to get more quick results and apart from lemon you can also add honey in luckwarm water to make it even more strong
Drink green tea- i think you definitely have a habit of drinking morning tea if not then it is very good because tea weakens our digestive power which is the main cause of gas and if you have habit of drinking tea then you don't have to do anything just replace your normal tea with green tea and then see the benefits of green tea
Water - If you are pregnant then it becomes very important for you to drink sufficient water during your pregnancy. You should drink about 2 to 4 liters water a day because by drinking water, you will protect yourself from problems like constipation , dehydration and gas in pregnancy
Fruits - There is absolutely no need to tell you that fruit is beneficial for our health because you all are aware about the benefits of fruit and in pregnancy you should definitely add some fruits in your diet. Because fruits are very easy to digest and fruits also help digest other things which you have in your stomach
Diet - just keep in mind that whatever you are eating should be fresh and quick digestible and I advise you that you must include green vegetables and fruits in your diet. If you are very serious about your diet, then you can also take advice from a certified dietitian because dietitian will tell you everything that what you should eat in your pregnancy according to your needs
Exercis - If you are facing gas during pregnancy then you should exercise at least for 1 houre a day. By exercising, the body becomes healthy and agile, if you are in the last months of your pregnancy then i do not advice to do any kind of exercise at all but yes you can do only simple walk .
