Exercise in pregnancy is safe or not???
First of all, let us tell you that there is no exact answer to this question because answer of this question depends on women to women but i will try my best that i will satisfy you with my answer
If you are fond of exercising, then you will be happy to know that yes, you can exercise during your pregnancy but it does not mean that you can do any kind of workout in your pregnancy You only have to do lite exercises like swimming and jogging etc.
jogging- You can do jogging during your pregnancy. There is absolutely no risk in it, but still you have to be careful about yourself while jogging. You can do jogging according to your wish but note that excessive jogging can also cause swelling in your feet and If you have pain in any part of the body while jogging, then you should not do jogging and in such situation you you should consultant your doctor first before jogging
Swimming- Apart from jogging, you can also do swimming in your pregnancy, it is also safe to do it. For your information let us tell that swimming strengthens the muscles of the body, which relieves back pain and swimming is also best exercise to reduce your pregnancy stress.
stretching exercises - You can also try some stretching exercises during your pregnancy it is pretty safe for you but note that doing stretching exercises in the last months of pregnancy can also be harmful for you and that's why in last few months of pregnancy i advice you to do some yoga to calm and relax your body
