Best fruits in pregnancy that you should include in your diet
Apple - We have placed Apple at the top in our list . If you are pregnant then you should definitely include it in your diet. You should eat at least one apple in morning breakfast along with milk because Apple is rich in fibre and Apple is also very good source of vitamin C and Vitamin E

coconut water:- coconut and coconut water also play a vital role in your pregnancy you can drink coconut water daily from starting to ending of your pregnancy by drinking coconut water you will get instant energy, which is very helpful for baby and mother
Apart from all this coconuts are also great source of calcium if you drink coconut water daily then your baby will not face any problem while developing his bones
Dates:- We have placed dates in forth position in our list, if you don't like the taste of dates then it's ok but you need to eat dates in your last few months of pregnancy, whether you like dates or not But you should start eating dates in last month of your pregnancy. researchers have revealed that if you are eating dates from 5th month of pregnancy then you don't get to see any problem while giving birth to your baby
Banana (best fruit to eat in pregnancy) -Banane is also very good source of potassium and calcium, Banana also conatin vitamin c and other nutrients which are very important for pregnant women, many times women's have to face post pregnancy consipition, if you are facing this same problem then you should eat upto 2 to 3 banans a day , apart from this Banana also conatin vitamin b6 which prevent you from nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and it also helps baby when babay start developing their brain and nerv cells
Pomegranate - Pomegranate is also very beneficial fruit. if you are in your pregnancy you should also have to include pomegranate in your diet. Pomegranate is considered instant source of energy and if you eat daily then you win not feel weakness anymore
